Now that Kourtney Kardashian and L.D. are broken up, the momma was asked if she still feels loyal to the Long Island native. Kimmy explained:

"Scott is family, too. He'll always be in our lives so we want the best for him."

As for how the father of three is doing post rehab, the photogenic star gushed:

"He's getting help and he's been doing so good and that makes me happy too."

Phew! We were worried the lord would quickly fall back into old habits. It's nice to hear he's doing better.
Who knows, maybe all of this lovey dovey talk means Scott and Kourt ARE reconciling!
